The house sits perched on low to medium bank ocean frontage and faces in a north westerly direction. Some rooms have views of the sea and others face a peaceful bay to the northeast.

Sit in front of the fireplace and gaze at your surroundings through the wide expanse of windows.

In Summer you have a first row seat to watch the Orca pods as they pass right in front of your eyes, or observe the eagles fishing from their nearby nest as you lounge on the large deck.

The property is built in the middle of a prime sheltered kayaking area. Launching is easy from stone steps carved into the bank that lead to the beach.

If you want something more strenuous than lounging on the deck you can choose to go clam digging in the bay or a 10 minute walk will bring you to a National Park to explore.

20 FOOT DOCK: The facility has a ramp to the property and can moor a 28 foot boat. The depth of water is 12 feet at low low tide.
